On September 30 – October 1, 2009, Association for Protection of Landowners Rights, USAID’s SME Support Project, National Agency of Public Registry, Tbilisi City Hall, and National Investment Agency of Georgia are hosting VIII International Congress of Real Property Appraisers. The conference is being held in Courtyard by Marriott in Tbilisi.
Appraisers from Belarus, Sweden, Ukraine, Moldova, Azerbaijan and other European countries as well as representatives of banks and other financial institutions, auditing, building and developer companies participate in the congress to share the experience and best practices, and establish new business contacts.
Main themes of a two-day conference are Real Estate Market and Problems of Valuation in Crisis, Further Development of Valuation Sector and Self -regulatory Valuation Institutions.
The Congress will contribute to further development of real estate valuation market in Georgia and introduction of globally recognized valuation standards acceptable to the world’s capital market organization, regulators and market participants.
